Human Services Sales Leader

The Human Services Sales Leader drives revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans, exceeding targets, building strong client and referral relationships, and expanding market share. This position focuses on culture, process, and tangible results, including increasing pipeline conversions and revenue growth. Key duties include attending community outreach events, provider fairs, meeting with case managers, and working with the marketing department to achieve sales growth goals in the designated areas.

The geographic area of growth is the NW area of the Greater Denver area to Boulder; specifically, Jefferson, Broomfield and Boulder Counties. Familiarity with this geographic area and location of resources is necessary.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 annually
